What an amazing little place! maria is a very loving lady and a fabulous cook. we had a afternoon tee, more tee, then a search through the beautiful items that were for sale, both old and new, as suggested by the name! there is a small courtyard outside, which can be used when the sun seems, and marias man leads the attached dog care salon. dogs are more than welcome and well maintained for with kisses among the tables and water dishes. There is also a dog menu! Actually, I took a piece of the coc, cherry and harbour cake home...too full to eat it, but I had a little nibbel. there is also an extensive Savouries/Lunch menu and other snack foods if they are not lust on cake. but who wouldn't!? booking highly recommended, probably not more than 15-20 covers inside and 10-15 outside. already planned my next visit

Located in an industrial park just steps away from the main road, the tea room and its accompanying dog grooming salon, both owned by the same person, offered a warm and inviting atmosphere. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Maria, the owner, who exuded vivacity and courtesy. The vintage decor, with various styles of tablecloths, lamps, candles, and floral arrangements, created a charming and cozy ambiance. The menu featured tantalizing treats created by Maria, including a variety of cakes and special coffees that were a delight to indulge in. While I always opted for the sweets, my friend decided to try the teas, each served in a unique teapot and cup. The tea room also housed a gift emporium, offering traditional and cheerful British goods that tempted many visitors to make a purchase. Maria's hospitality was truly exceptional, making us feel right at home. Her graciousness and commitment to customer service were a highlight of our visit. Whenever we find ourselves back in the Rhondda Valleys in South Wales, we make sure to stop by this little treasure and enjoy the delightful experience it offers.

Lovely place to visit. Comfy and cosy place for lunch or coffee and cake, with plenty of vegan options too. Beautiful gifts to browse as well. Maria was extremely welcoming and makes all visitors feel at home. I will definitely be back!
