Best wedding cake ever! We visited Confection Perfection on a Saturday afternoon and booked them the same day. The shop is filled with beautiful cake designs on display so we knew were in the best place. We came in with photos from Pinterest that we liked and we worked together with the cake designer to create a unique design that incorporated all the elements we wanted. As soon as we tasted the cakes, we knew this was the team to make our wedding cake. We went with the Pink Champagne and Almond cake flavors and strawberry and champagne for the filling flavors...delectable! We chose a butter cake with chocolate ganache filling for the groom’s cake. The cake designer worked with the groom to get the exact logo designs for his favorite sports teams. The day of our wedding, everyone enjoyed the cakes and wanted to take slices home! Confection Perfection also provided an anniversary cake that was packaged and ready for the freezer until our one year anniversary. Many wedding cakes are not memorable but Confection Perfection was amazing and will be tough to top!

I am in the service industry, for 17 years now and during that time I 've eaten a lot of cake! People pay for my service and my recommendations/experience with caterers. I can tell you that Confection Perfection has THE best cakes BY FAR! The entire package/presentation is perfect; they can customize and 'match ' anything you give them, fabric, napkins, etc. The icing is real buttercream and not too sweet! The cake is super moist, and not too dense/heavy. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Mike has made some custom creations for my clients in the past and the other items on his menu are fantastic as well. Oh, and the price point is reasonable too!

Our family favorite is the chocolate chip pound with chocolate mousse! Delicious and always fresh!! Extremely easy to work with! Send the picture and they get it done : Thank you for always coming thru!
