Starbucks - RICHBORO

Very disappointing service, I ordered a venti size , but Mary only gave a big half, the top was full of foam, I paid extra for the oat milk, didn't even add it in! Very cold and disappointed with Mary's service every time. I buy Starbucks coffee every day to start my work day, but every time I encounter this kind of attitude service, it's just awful. But not every people is like this！！

I give them 5 stars because I loved the service that Julie her colleague offered me, I forgot their name but they are wonderful people with excellent customer service.Parking: Very nice big parking

Came in with my son to get coffee and the lady told me to “hold on hunny” it was two items and the said it in such a rude manner I simply told them I left my wallet and left! Wouldn’t

Lady was extremely rude and couldn’t even complete a 2 item order wouldn’t

Expensive and understaffed. The one employee they had serving a line of 7 customers was doing his best, but outmatched by the amount of work.
