Feedback gevenOne of the staff members at this restaurant is extremely rude. I do not feel that I am being treated in a respectful manner. If she is unhappy, she should consider leaving her position. I have made a formal complaint to the manager and I hope they will provide the necessary training to help her improve.
Stay away! This store does NOT honour the advertised coupons that were sent in the mail. I ordered exactly what was on the coupon and then presented the coupon to the cashier. I was told that the price on the coupon was not the real price. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and UPSELLING. You can't advertise one price, bring people into your store, make up an excuse, then increase the price. I heard from relatives that other locations did honour the coupon. I will never return to this restaurant again.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a week ago approximately. Asked for extra pickles, no extra pickles.Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a teen combo. I got my extra pickles this time but no lettuce and tomato. I called the store last week to complain and have not received a phone call back from the manager. Very poor service in general. Not happy. Will not be going back to this location
The root beer was exceptional as usual, but unfortunately, the meat and fries were lacking seasoning, resulting in a bland overall taste.
