Subway - Richmond

The girl at the counter was much more friendly than others I have met here. She really loves her job. The sandwich was perfectly made by her and it was delicious and fresh. I purchased a foot long Tuna on wheat bread that was still warm.The restaurant was clean and very welcoming .

At 5:00 pm on Friday, I ordered a 12” meatball sub deluxe with cheese only, but they didn’t have enough meatballs to make it a deluxe. They barely had enough meatballs left to make a regular meatball sub. Then I ordered a 6” veggie patty sub with veggies, but when I got home, it didn’t have the veggie patty on it, only the veggies. And a lot of the veggies were old and gross looking. My 6” was uneatable.

Maria (Doubt that she is really the manager)has an unhappy, unfriendly attitude every time you go in. Ordered a sandwich, the manager Maria got mad because she had to start over on my sandwich….She then told me she was not going to make my sandwich and that I could ask the other employee to make it. Yes, I was totally confused as to why I have to ask her employees to make my sandwich when she’s getting paid for that. If she is really a manager, she should be demoted to a regular employee Because that is totally unacceptable.

This Subway didn’t have any olives, maybe if you didn’t have all those spots people you could afford

Refused to honor a valid coupon from their own website. Clerk kept repeating that he wouldn’t honor it, despite the website accepting it on my order.
