Food was good. Customer service wasn’t. As I tried to place my order, an associate though it’s was smart to vacuum while I was talking. Kinda rude. But I hope that’s not the standard here Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Visited the Richmond Heights Mr. Hero location on a Monday evening, and I just had to leave a review to say the two guys behind the counter were really working their butts off. Even with the endless online orders streaming in and a sudden rush of people in the door, they maintained their composure and professionalism, while delivering timely/accurate/tasty orders.They deserve a raise. Or at least some help and a stiff drink.

1. The service was not good - I wasn't greeted when I arrived, and the male waiter with glasses was rude and made me feel like I was bothering him when I placed my order.

The restaurant is promoting a new and improved butter cheese steak sandwich. I found that the differences from the original sandwich were not very significant. Make sure to look for their promotions that may not be listed on their website menu. Currently, two smaller sandwiches are priced lower than the larger single sandwich and together contain more food.
