The crepe was filled with eggs, a black bean patty, red and green peppers, onions, green onions, and cheddar cheese. It came with sour cream, salsa, and a side of roasted potatoes. It was an interesting combination of crepes and Mexican flavors.
Cora's offers quick, well-cooked meals with generous portions. It is a popular spot, although there are some places that offer similar dishes at a lower price point. Conveniently located in a small plaza near the 404 highway, with plenty of parking available. This Quebec-based chain is known for its consistent decor featuring blue plaid booths and chicken motifs. The menu includes a variety of breakfast items such as sausages wrapped in crêpes, large pancakes, omelettes, and fresh fruit. The Buckwheat Blessing, sausages wrapped in buckwheat pancakes, is a favorite dish. The restaurant opens at 6 am and closes at 3 pm, with weekend crowds forming around 10:30 am. For early risers, arriving before 7 am can help you beat the rush. Overall, Cora's is a reliable and satisfying choice for a hearty breakfast or brunch.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The dish I ordered looked nothing like the picture in the menu. The hot dogs were simply regular hot dogs wrapped in a thin crêpe and topped with a barely melted processed cheese. The bacon was hardly noticeable, and the potatoes were mediocre at best. The hollandaise sauce that came on the side lacked any spice, only leaving a hint of it as an aftertaste. Overall, my meal did not meet my expectations at all. I probably should have kept them low to begin with.
We stored the cora loyalty card in one of those card wallet apps and they were not distract to scan it.
I was in the area for a business trip i decided to eat out for breakfast, instead of eating at the usual hotel breakfast.
