I got the Portuguese Pork Chop Rice! It was amazing. Usually its chicken but they offer both chicken or rice. A welcome variation on the classic dish. I will be back!

Satay beef vermicelli was decent, not the best nor the worst. Milk tea was too creamy without asking for more milk. Lacking in black tea taste. Inexpensive food, and quick service.

Post-pandemic, looks like everything's changed, including their food quality. The wait time for serving the food was more than 35 minutes. We totally miss the original one on Hwy #7 near Kennedy and had good memories with friends and family members there... Not sure if there's a change of management. I am hoping the Major Mackenzie one can improve the food quality and the time customers waiting for their food.

I enjoyed the food and experience. Online menu ordering, robot serving. Appreciate them pre-soaking the utensils in hot water for cleanliness.

We haven't been at this place for a long time as they are packed all the time. So we try our luck with late lunch. We got lucky to be seated as soon as we entered the restaurant. The ordering system is not that great with the QR code order system. It might be good for youngsters. If you need to make changes to your order, it is not fully enabled covered. Each combo is around $15-20, which comes with a soup, main rice or noodle dish and a drink for me will always be hot milktea . Fair portion and quality is mostly above other restaurants 茶餐廳 standard. It cannot go wrong with their dishes, won't be disappointed with their portion. I had the Portuguese chicken baked rice. At first it was set of a good aroma and the sauce consistency was great. But I think they used something different to thicken their sauce. Even when it was still steamy hot, the sauce was thick already. Also one thing to remember, if you like medium steak, you must tell medium raw steak instead. We asked for 三成熟 and gave us 五成熟 . The good thing about this restaurant, they made a fresh one! Appreciate their remedy to the matter. We might go back a while later to visit.
