This was hands down the worst ramen experience in my life, and I’ve dined at over 20 different ramen restaurants/locations.Our waiter was rude, with zero social skills. The drinking water was room temperature, no straws, and the glasses were cheap plastic that carried the smell of dish soap. The ramen arrived warm, not hot, with partially uncooked store bought noodles. The meat appeared to be reheated, not freshly cooked. The broth was filled with oil, to the extreme point where I barely wanted to consume it.We kept silent and paid for our bill, leaving a generous 20% tip for the overall food/service quality, with no thank you, good bye, have a great day.I highly recommend the owners look into how this establishment is run, because before long it will be run into the ground. Never going back again.
Went here one night and the guy serving us with glasses that looks like between the ages of 18-25 years old was a terrible server. No napkins, no chopsticks and no menu so we had to keep asking him for it. When we called him to order he just stood there not saying a word. At least say what would u like to order but he gave us the silent treatment and stare. Pissed me off. Then after we got our food it was so salty and over priced for such a small dish. My main complaint was the service. I came here before and it was good, but this time I went was just a terrible experience. In my opinion, im never coming back and I would advise to take your money some place else.
I go there 2-3 times a month, usually around 11-ish. I tried different types of ramen and they are all good. Prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that since I go early, the place is not busy and the female staff chat LOUDLY like they are at home. Their happy chats lasted as long as my dining time.I like to dine alone and sometimes I bring an e-book, and I want to enjoy peace and quiet. I do not want to hear loud chatting from the staff especially when I don't understand the language at all. I find it pretty annoying. There is nothing I can do if it is the patrons that are chatting loudly. I am not saying the staff shouldn't chat, but they should chat softly. It is their workplace afterall, and it is not professional to chat and laugh loudly at work. This is the second time this month that this happened. I guess I won't go for a while.Kid-friendliness: I saw they have high chairs.Parking: if you are lucky you can get a spot close to the store, but don't worry, the parking lot is huge.
Went there for dinner before my son's soccer game. Ramen was ok, the broth was not very flavourful. The service was slow, even though we were there before the dinner crowd. The selection of ramen was nice though.
