Papa Johns Pizza - River Hill

Ordered delivery on the website for alfredo sauce waited for 45 mintues just for it to be delivered with original sauce instead. I call the store with no answers and had to contact customer support directly and still currently have not gotten my money back. I have ordered from this place before with no problem but this is extremely disappointment.Ill be going back to dominos bruh. If you live close by order dominos from 6470 Freetown Rd, Columbia. Ive order from them multiple times and not a single time have i had a single problem.

Please do not use door dash, they used dd twice and twice they couldn't find my house. 2nd time, they gave the driver the address of papa John's itself!! What in the world!! I have an account so they have my address, and the customer service for dd said I didn't give my

First time I ordered from here, my children were starving for 1hr 8 mins before I left the store with the pizza, not accounting for the 30 mins I waited after placing the order. Second time we ordered, it was cancelled after waiting 2 hours, do NOT consider this location. It needs to be shut down for lack of professionalism and staff.

The owner is a jerk. Nasty!! The food preparer didn’t wear gloves. I only ordered bc I was in the area. Never again!!

The workers don’t wear gloves while they are preparing your food. That was the last time that I order there. Disgusting! Unsanitary!!
