At Father's Day I experienced terrible customer service at Apple Bee's, so I went to IHOP, the manager Marci was very respectful, treating every customer nicely tonight. Even though it was time to close, this manager was extremely attentive to their job to ensure that customers could get their order before 12 a.m. I personally told her the terrible customer service I had carried in the other restaurant, as she showed such a good attitude, although we were ordered at 11:35. There is a big difference how a manager shows their attitude towards employees and customers around closing times. Ms. Marci went beyond and beyond by apologising to my family for neglecting other restaurants, she gave me a 10% discount on my order tonight. She even held a conversation about current events to hear the time of us waiting to cook for our food. The bosses, managers, the employees were all respectful. No one was rude to us at all, the food is wonderfully prepared by people who have worked hard today. They even had customers pick up their order from online they received their order in time before 12 o'clock. This is the IHOP in Riverdale, Ga., the better managers, chef, employee than Apple Bee's tonight from June 19-20, 2022 Father's Day (Sunday).

Everything was freshly hot! Ordered the 2x2x2, the in-house potatoes because I signed up for their new reward program, I could get a full stack of pancakes free of charge with the coins from the reward program. I love freebies, so I will definitely be more patronizing!
