Red Lobster Riverside

Betty and a were very helpful with reservations and seating. the food was good. the waiter did it well, but needs improvement.

We were told that they where short staffed and a little busy. So that being said, the food was over cooked and dry, and sorry to say tasteless. Never had this problem before there, so lm going to chalk it up to a bad day and keep moving forward. I will say the service was spot on and I couldn't ask for a better waitress. This is life and some days are just off.

Didn’t receive shrimp on pick 3, had to request. Refills on strawberry drinks took 30 min. Same for bread. Short 3 place settings,

Yes. But they cannot accurately quesstimate the wait time. Even with it being a holiday they kept adding time to our wait time for us and other customers. Ultimately we waited an hour and 40 mins when it should’ve been shorter because we used OpenTable to reserve our spot in line (they don’t do reservations for small parties). The manager ultimately intervened and got us a table. He was very kind and helpful.
