Dunkin' Donuts - Roanoke

Moved to roanoke and discovered that this load was closed! it was just one in roanoke! please, please, please, please open a new baskin robbins in the city!

I've been waiting for 13 minutes so far2 people working, no one to make sandwiches so every order takes about 8-10 minutes.

Recent remodel removed the Baskin Robbins half of this location. I wish they had a drive thru! The slogan is 'America runs on Dunkin' although I don't feel like their staff run on Dunkin at all. They are usually sluggish and seem to be barely able to move. I usually go there as a result of a coupon, and they fret at coupons.  I often get things for office, and asked what selections were just made as I was buying for picky people. The lady behind the counter told me that they all come in frozen, so they are all about the same.  I do enjoy the coffee drinks here, when the machines are up and running. They do sell the coffee at this location, the K cups, and offer some pretty good breakfast sandwiches (if you have the time to wait).
