When I came across Seeds of Life they had amazing biscuits, started making cakes and their breads are great too. So dense and filling, so you don't need as much. Taste so good too and no white sugars, only use coconut sugar and pure maple syrup. I don't know how I would survive without them now.
Their banana bread is lovely and their seeded loaf are great with soups as they are denser. Always lovely service. Not great if you're on a budget though, the items are expensive. In saying that, you do get what you pay for.
They cater for almost every food intolerance and custom make too. I can eat everything instore and it's made my life so much easier having product on hand on a daily basis that I don't have to cook at home.
Last year, I discovered that I have an intolerance to milk and ice, which made it challenging to find food I could enjoy. However, when I visited Seeds of Life, I was thrilled to find their amazing cookies, delicious cakes, and fantastic broths. The broths are so dense and filling that you don’t need much to satisfy your hunger. Everything tastes wonderful, and I love that they don’t use white sugar; instead, they only use coconut sugar and pure maple syrup. I honestly don’t know how I’d survive without this place!
Her banana bread is delightful, and her sourdough breads are excellent for pairing with soup, as they're denser. The service is always wonderful. It might not be the best choice if you're on a budget, as the prices are on the higher side. However, you definitely get what you pay for.
