That was pitiful. there were extension cables on machines and wires just sitting between slot machines. there were not many slot machines to choose from. I couldn't even pay enough to just play one. now the room was dusty and the bath mat had mold on it. a bed had a deck, the other was a thin cover. the air conditioning system was set for 65, but never cold. the staff was friendly and nice. I'm not back.

Staff was really bad. Vending machines not on the floor you stay on and want even take anything but credit cards. Rooms are out dated. No exhaust fans in the bathroom so better be by yourself. Your girl or whatever my get sick of the smell. Girls at the front desk don't care about customer service and have an attitude when you ask any questions. That's just the hotel side. The casino side is very out dated but the staff is very good.. Don't come here to eat because the food sucks.

Girls Birthday Trip Excited and expecting to have great fun! No valet or bellman but we were okay without those services. The Front Desk Check-in was unacceptable! Arrived at 1pm practically empty parking lot and was told check-in was at 2:00 pm employee tapped her watch and said I said 2:00 was told twice we would have to wait after unloading bags. Asked if we could get a bite to eat to kill an hour until check-in same employee pointed to the restaurant and we asked what kind of food? she said walk down there and look it's on the sign SUPER RUDE! We requested an iron that never came. Had to have our room keys rekeyed twice at 2am in the morning because they did not work. super unacceptable! FRONT DESK STAFF NEEDS TRAINING they are lazy! Gaming was fun old machines. The Restaurant for Diner was good! All other staff was fine. Based on our welcome we will never come back! Who wants to be greeted with that!

We were in the RV park. it is always clean and quiet. I would give 5 stars, but sams city still has no live entertainment as they did earlier. it is one of the things we enjoy. with other casinos in the opposite with the entertainment I think that fewer people visit sam’s town, unless they are looking for a quiet night out. altogether tho, we love to visit sam’s town so that we are back.

The room me and my family stayed in needed an update. The air conditioning only blowed on one side of the room. The paint was chipping off the walls in the bathroom. One of the lamps in didn’t have a light bulb. The soda machines on almost every floor were either out of order or sold out. The arcade almost half the games were out of order. At least the food we had was good. This was definitely a first and last for me.
