La Luna Restaurant - Rochester

There for an event the bar was outside, although it was about 40°. They had heating, but still too cold to be comfortable. The bar had no card machine at first, so only paper money. Place is very nice, but also cold, because guests have to go to the bar. The employees wore hoods, sweats.... usually looked unprofessional.

We chose La Luna to organize our ceremony and reception last Saturday. The place looked fantastic, the food was great, and the entire staff was super friendly. Stergios, the owner went his way to make our day perfect.

In the past, the old club from the late 90s and early 2000s was centers. Beautiful location, great view, cool place.

They were very disorganized for a large party. Nothing was done on time. Then the food was not good. Chicken French was nothing like real chicken French. I was told the prime rib was not good. They said it was more like a potroast. It was very well done, not even the slightest pink. I can't comment on the vegetarian pasta as no one at my table had that one. Service was extreemly slow. They seem to be very shorthanded. But still the food should have been better. Very disappointing. They didn't even come close to living up to their reputation.
