Philomina's - Rochester

Just had a plate from Philomina's in the public market. It was so delicious! The rice, lentils, vegetables, and meatballs were so flavorful. The perfect meal for a cold wet day at the Market!

Philomina 's is Phenomenal should be their slogan. Seriously. She 's one of the kindest people I 've met, and she always takes the time to talk to you while she prepares your food. The food is so healthy and delicious. It 's always our favorite lunch stop at the public market. We usually just ask her to make us a plate with meat, and she 'll fill it up with a combination of options plus turkey meatballs. @cophiescrumbs on Instagram

Great food and always wonderful friendly service. I've only eaten at the market and enjoy the healthy choices for breakfast.

I love the food. She really seems to remember all of her customers. She is a hard worker and a blessing to see at the market, on the mornings I go.
