Couple of kids and everybody was hot and hungry! They had everything that they wanted! And it was such a quiet ride home!
Dunkins is dunkins, some of them, the staff is polite and others are not and I won't go back to that one

James in specific was extremely rude, sarcastic and over all completely irrogant. This is not my first experience with his unprofessionalism, but it will however be my last. There are to many Dunkin donuts around the corner to settle for such badcustomer service. Which many customers would agree. (What is supposed separate you from everyone else IS customer service). Ihad done a coffee run for my husband and his employees and needless to say my husband and I, as well as my husbands 20+employees will not be back. Sadly we have been regulars for a while.. but as a previous Dunkin donuts manager knowing if youkeep burning your regulars they will not be back. I do not think I am the only regular he has continued this behavior toward, orthe last. Some people are not meant for customer service and unfortunately he is a prime example of someone who should have adesk job. I do not appreciate being talked to as if I was stupid, getting nasty looks and eye rolls or having someone trying toargue with me. No one pulls up to a drive through pays their hard earned money.... For that. For a lot of people this is theirfirst stop before work, after work, or maybe someone had a long day and just wants a coffee, to give them 5 seconds of peace ??.....your bad days and bad attitude are becoming others bad days and attitude. Be someone 's reason to smile, not someones reasonto write a bad survey about you.
