Mcdonald's - Rock Hill

Never had an issue. Drive thru staff is always friendly. I usually order in app and pick up through drive thru, so I can't comment on the staff inside at counter or the appearance inside restaurant.

I absolutely don't like this location..their overnight services suck..they will have you sitting in a line for almost 20 mins before they even answer..I avoid this place at any cost!!

I spent $20 and got absolutely cold fries, a vegetarian big mac that was not made right and watery milk shake. I went to change the fries and they took 20 mins to replace my fries. it is absolutely zero stars for me!!

Edit: Tonight McD 's hit a new low. They were out of soda. But not surprised that the order taker was a what 's your drink, what 's your sauce kinda person. Absolutely, the rudest thing. I special ordered a sandwich and it was still cold ....Last time I go here. And clearly the owners don 't care or they would actually fix the issues. Only taking one order at a time. Made customers wait at the drive thru speaker until the car at the window was gone. They had plenty of people to move the line a little quicker.

I just moved to the neighborhood and this place is walking distance from my house and I will never be back. If you like service with a nasty ghetto attitude, then you're gonna love this place. If you prefer good service with a smile...... Go to Culver's!!!!
