The restaurant is about a block from a park at the river mississippi. so great river views are available before or after eating. there was a waiting period for the table on Sunday to midday, so an arrive early or a bit later is advisable. the fact that people are waiting for a table, but is a good sign. portions are more than sufficient and service was good. you can't beat this place for a pancake breakfast.

Absolutely excellent eating and service with a causal, modern diner feeling. we were here a few times and are never disappointed. has clips along with unique combinations. so much food tested the specials this time (note, these are simplified descriptions and do not justness) 1) a thick pressed French toast with chocolate blend and fruit-comonate and meat option, served with a glass wine. our other dish was mexican inspired crabcake with standard options for eggs/toast or pancake sides. beautiful presentation. special drink option included a delicious peach cobbler mimosa/bellini. definitiw a place to go for big parts with a swirl. highly recommended and well worth waiting. currently have dinein seats according to covid guidelines.

Husband has cookies and gravy and loved them! They said they were even heated up! I have eggs, speck and amazing tasty hash brown! we also have the zimtpfannkuchen, for which they are famous. husband said they were great, but we had better. would recommend!

We stopped here for breakfast on the way to jumer’s casino. one of the most popular breakfast items is a sandwich pini that has meat, ice cream, cheese and hash brew on it. it was grilled, very large and delicious. I could only eat half of myself, but my husband enjoyed all his. we recommend this restaurant. faster, friendly service in a larger restaurant.
