Lazy, apathetic and out of intervention staff and management. Made to wait to sit (with an open table) reservation the host said that they do not count. The restaurant was about 1/3 full. Waiting for food and drinks while waiting staff and bartender saw TV at the bar.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and the Covid protocols! Staff thoroughly observed cleaning tables between the cartridges. All were very friendly and safe!

12/2022: after four years it tried again and it was a much better experience. the food was good and the customer service was amazing. our waiter ty was great! many thanks for a great experience! 2018: came here to lunch with the family (party of 8.) our waiter, alex, made this a fantastic experience! there were numerous problems with eating, but alex went over and beyond to make sure that we were all satisfied. this place gets four starts for customer service and not the quality of food.
