Little Caesars Pizza - Rocky Top

Absolutely irate after ordering pizza here through the drive-thru! The young lady who took our order told us to pull around to park in the front and she would walk it out to us. I confirmed that she was going to walk out to the front of the store and bring it to our car and she said yes and took my name. After 33 minutes and 2 screaming hungry kids later, I go into the store only to find they don't have my order because they gave it to someone else. Service: Take out
