For Easter, our family (my grandfather) ordered us brisket , chopped, for sandwiches. We were served rare, sliced, at least 1/2 fat, tri tip. After calling and complaining, the owner called me. He was immediately defensive. He told me on the phone that they have never sold brisket. He told me that it was not cooked all the way because he was under the impression that we were eating it Sunday that we were supposed to “finish it out” on our own. What you see in the photograph (5 lbs) was $90

They have a little bit of anything you could really need and they're meats are fantastic.

Nice place and some good food. Customer service is okay..

Food was good but not much of a selection... Price was pretty good for the special I thought.
