The Coffee Mine - Rolla

Good quality food. It is primarily a coffee shop, but the food offers good, but slightly expensive. friendly service and a very clean facility. Update Nov 2016. Under new management and although it was good before, it has improved the menu with more choices and the service remains top notch. Try the flavored coffees to change the pace. Update 2 has another company and operates this location. I'm curious what's changing. Many of the same employees are encouraging and the new management is very experienced in this area. The best place in this city side. The Coffee Mine has consistently some of the best customer service in Rolla. You are always kind and excited to help you! I love how they have seasonal specialties, and they are thrilled when you try them... they want you to be happy! As a vegetarian it is hard to find a good variety in such a small town, but they have several possibilities for me - the hummus and the pita is TO THE FOR! It's really nice to have a café like this on this side of Rolla... most foods are on the other side. Even better, they have a drive thru! So it's super comfortable! But trust me, you want to talk to the fabulous staff and don't forget to taste the baby cake and cookies! YUM!

Very welcoming and friendly. Fair prices and food was delicious. Super smooth, dark roast coffee. Good place to stop snacks or starbucks on my travels for real food and good coffee against gas station.

A partly cloudy day after a foggy morning and I was in need of a quiet place to do some reading and homework. This place offered a coffee shop feel similar to what I had in Seattle and the quality of the service was on par. The ladies working there are friendly and have the knowledge to make a great cup of coffee. I got the white chocolate mocha with a macadamia nut cookie and it was great to sit and enjoy that while I knocked out a few tasks. A very enjoyable visit for me and I look forward to doing some more studying here!
