Feedback gevenNon sono mai riuscita ad assaggiare il loro gelato perché usano una sola paletta per tutti i gusti e benché la sciacquino, usano tutti la stessa acqua, io ho allergie alimentari importanti e così facendo contaminano tutti i gusti e tutte le palette. È un metodo che tra l'altro viola anche le norme HACCP per la contaminazione degli alimenti e degli allergeni. Poi i cartellini dei gusti pieni di errori grammaticali... So che non dipende dai banchisti ovviamente ma è un metodo di lavoro assurdo.
(Modifico la recensione perché la vostra risposta è stata molto professionale e diplomatica, nonostante la spiacevole esperienza che ho avuto, e perché credo che per un episodio avuto con un singolo dipendente non debbano rimetterci tutti. Mi premeva però farvi presente ciò che era successo. Gelateria molto fornita, ci sono tantissimi gusti di gelato esposti in maniera molto invitante alla vista. Prezzi nella norma in linea con altre gelaterie.
Personale molto gentile, ho preso un cono grande da 4 euro che da diritto a 4 gusti. La panna buona e hanno molte varianti vegane, ampia scelta e gusti particolari. Peccato che alcuni avevano un sapore un po troppo artificiale.
We went to this ice cream shop last Sunday 16th July, around 8pm, as we needed cream for dinner. There was only one employee at the counter who acted as cashier and ice cream maker, very annoyed, the other two were busy with other things while the queue was getting longer and longer. We were then told in unpleasant tones that first we had to queue for the receipt (but what if there is no one at the checkout?! and then for the ice cream. I tried to ask, before waiting, if I could buy just the cream but no answer was given. I waited. The others busy behind the scenes appeared but gave no answers, and, moreover, with really annoyed faces... perhaps they would have preferred that there was no one in line... the guy alone at the ice cream continued to be there the only operator despite more and more people becoming impatient with this situation. At a certain point a gentleman appeared who, in a smarter manner, went to the cash register but was, in my opinion, completely disoriented. I had to make a receipt (obligatory before asking for a couple of ounces of cream without knowing how many ounces they would actually be... not only that, the smart gentleman at the checkout didn 't know how to do it instead of, as per my advice, weighing it first and then make me pay he typed small granita at the register (bah ... total confusion, total disorganization, total bad mood... to end up with a little box of cream that didn 't even taste like anything (but this is a my rating! . Aping an old advertisement I would say...if ice cream (or cream as in my case is a pleasure, but if served in this cold and dried way...but what pleasure is that??
Gelato was ok but have had better ones. Pistachio was quite perfumed.Staff was not that friendly. Ice cream scoops are replaced every time (this is a plus)
