Back to the roots! The oldest “Nuremberg” restaurant, which is still run by the family, shines with excellent Franconian dishes. The innkeeper doesn't need a menu because the dishes are prepared according to market conditions and freshness in a good, home style way! Whatever is fresh is served! No frills and ifs and buts! This is what Franconian tastes like! And the fact that it is only open Friday to Sunday proves that only fresh goods are processed here! By the way, there is fresh slaughter bowl every Friday as always! Hopefully the tradition will stay with us for a long time!
Real Franconian cuisine. Everything is always perfect. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food is simply great. Has the best liver dumplings I have ever eaten. Always happy to come back. There's nothing to complain about here
