At the first level of the brewery, it’s your typical McDonald's experience—not particularly special, but it gets the job done. The service was good, with no complaints. Finding a place to sit was a bit challenging since it was quite busy, but there are fortunately some outdoor seating options available. If you're planning to visit, the best way to get there is via public transport—Romford Station (served by Overground, TfL Rail, and Greater Anglia) is your best bet. Alternatively, you can take buses 128, 193, or 496 to the brewery (stop R/S).

Today at 11 o'clock, I visited the restaurant and found it to be very clean. Although the food ordering system was primarily for takeout, there was an option to dine in. A friendly staff member kindly offered to bring our food to the table, which was a nice touch since the atmosphere was calm. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
