This is a fantastic Carvel for families. The staff is very friendly, and they do a great job of keeping the line moving. My only complaint is the roll-up doors; they create a depressing atmosphere and aren't really necessary.

I ordered the largest cake with a picture on it for $65. I picked it up just an hour before the party, and to my dismay, my daughter's name was misspelled! They attempted to fix it, but the result looked terrible, and to top it off, they still charged me the full price!
