When we had an unpleasant experience with a 4 foot sandwich that was pre-ordered for a baby shower and was never accidentally made, it was transformed two days later by the owner who was friendly and genuine to a positive customer service experience. We were called by the owner who wanted to talk to us about the situation. The food in this restaurant is good, the customer service is good (except this special pre-ordered sandwich instance) and the restaurant is immaculate, which is why we visited this place frequently. He has shown that he really takes care of his customers and will take measures to fix all customer service problems. At a time when the customer service seems to sound constantly, it is a breath in fresh air to see that someone really cares. Thank you.
Very nice clean lobby. Perhaps not so much to mention, but her credit card machine is new and works great with contactless. Most of the other SubWays have a terminal that hardly works.
Friendly helpful staff. Very patient and the subs were very well done.

This is a great subway the manager help me decide what sandwich I wanted because this guy cant decide anything but the whole subway is a great place when shes there she deserves a raise.
