I had to call and apologize to this gentleman. When I called to order 8 brisket meals for me and my guys, I asked to make sure he put forks and knives to eat with, and I disrespected him bc that brisket didn’t need a fork or knife. Was the most tender, and juicy brisket I have ever had. And flavorful. Will be back in the area next Monday for work again, and I’m not happy that they are not open on Monday’s. We came all the way down from Chicago, and this was our first stop in Louisiana. It did not disappoint! We had the pork ribs, pulled pork sandwich, greens, Mac and cheese, and the big daddy potato. ALLLLL of it was delicious, tender, and very filling! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some delicious homemade BBQ! I ordered the Big Daddy potato twice now and it's like 3 meals in one. Loaded literally with pulled pork, brisket and sausage!!! OMG it's so delicious ! 10/10 recommend!! Go get you some!!
