Feedback gevenAsked for a Java mint frappe, returned it because I noticed there was no mint on the top and when I got it back they didn’t add mint on the top just chocolate syrup. When I got my drink and started drinking it, it wasn’t even Java mint. It was chocolate cookie crumble.
Closing staff offers horrible customer service. Woman wearing the slip knot shirt was very rude.
I usually don 't stop at the Starbucks locations inside of target because they 're usually super busy with one poor employee holding it down. But about a month ago I saw an empty line and decided to pick up a latte. While I was ordering the girl asked if I wanted 1 or 2 of the drinks I asked for. Strange? So, I clarified it was just one. Then my drink came out as normal when suddenly another employee rushed after me saying I got charged twice by accident. She was very sweet and asked if I wanted to pick out another drink, but seeing as I was alone and already drinking coffee, I asked for a refund instead. Then a male employee (maybe a manager) came out and kept trying to urge me to pick a drink because as he said finding the order ticket will take a while . I told him I was ok with waiting. Despite his attitude, I got a card with 5$ in credit at target. Cool! Fast forward to today, I 'm at the check out line at target and decide to use those $5 when the cashier tells me that the card is empty! She does everything she can but the card continues to show an empty balance. So now, I realized I spent almost 11 bucks on a plain latte just for fun. I even have the receipt for the refunded credit but nothing can be done!! Lesson learned: Just go to a Starbucks before entering target LOL.
Came around 3, the young guy who helped me was able to handle the store all alone and w a line worked really fast and was still able to make me a really great tasting drink, 10/10.
Horrible management. During busy hours they have one employee by themselves taking orders and making the drinks. Feel bad for the employees here. Cheap franchise owners that don't wanna hire more help. 2 stars because the employees ive encountered have been friendly but they're drowning in orders.
