Domino's Pizza - Roseville

I told them we won?t be coming back after what they?ve done with their phone system. You go through another party which sounds like it?s from another country and it is nothing but a pain in the rear. So instead of going straight to the store the recordingsays press 1 to place your order and then you get somebody from India. I tried it several times last week hung up on theperson because I just couldn?t take it! It was very aggravating and when I picked up the 3 different pasta dishes and got themhome I was shocked because the size was cut down tremendously with a much smaller portion. We?re done! Bye

Elijah was super polite and apologetic about the lateness of the order. But the fact is that it took 2 hours to receive a delivery and the dipping sauce was missing. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with an order, but it is the first timeit's been bad enough to write a review about it. Avoid delivery if you can.

The pizza was good. the service at this special place was not great today. not sure if it was a crispy time, but ordered the pizza for picking up at 6:40pm and the app constantly said it would be ready between 7:00pm and 7:12pm. the status was not changed to the many until 19:12 clock and was not finished until 19:20 clock. we ordered 2 pizzas and there was clearly something because a pizza was hot, as if it just came out of the many and the other had already clearly cooled down. At the top of the waiting period there is literally a status of quality control, the order must go through to be ready for picking up and the order was wrong. no mushrooms ordered on a combo and received a combo with mushrooms. I took it and while the employee was ready to repeat it, I said I would wait another 15 minutes. So I give three stars, because again the pizzas were good. I was just at this point once so that the staff simply had one night.

This review is evident for all dominoes, not these filials especially. I'm dealing with another local business, but I admit I wanted to be as anonymous as possible for obvious reasons. I have absolutely got her new order system. the online ordering is very difficult and unstoppable, then after passing through the entire rigmarole I get a response that the lobby is not open for picking up, and that is good before switching off. I called her old number, but all they can get now is a call center where they don't know about dominoes! if they ask, they will be transferred to the load where they have absolutely no intention to answer the phone. at least not until it is too late to place your order! that's what you do, they get into her car and go to the load for a run order they have to do anyway. I think they have to leave the door open until the advertised time. go in and put them in order and wait for them. do not surprise that five or six employees hang around to shoot the brise. it stinks, but it's about the only way to get her pizza and btw, I don't write it impulsiw, just because I'm gone. That's the fourth time that this happened. 0)

Terrible. ordered at 9 and not arrived until 11 this is the result I wish I could give 0 stars!
