Starbucks - Roseville

I love to come here for something fast and easy and the personal is always beautiful and amazing! They provide helpful suggestions and are always ready to do their best to help every customer regardless of the circumstances. it is really a shame that there are so many negative reviews, these are great people and I wish them the best!

There are a few nice people who work here, but mostly the employees are all rude and seem to HATE their job. The drinks are inconsistent too, and I don't feel like I can approach them to ask for it to be fixed or remade because they are so unfriendly. I Just put $6.60 down the sink because it tasted awful and nothing like what I ordered and when I went up to ask them about it they basically said I don't know and walked away to make more drinks. I'm done with this Starbucks!

Drinks are so inconsistent. Need to just make my own at home.

Went there a few days ago and the lady that was checking me out had me swipe my card multiple times. She said she cancelled the other charges but it didn’t actually cancel. I got charged multiple times and I can’t get a hold of anyone. Wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks.

My friend and I were leaving the shopping center when I ordered a double espresso and my friend ordered a cappuccino. My espresso was prepared quickly, but my friend's cappuccino took a long time. I wouldn't typically be upset, but instead of making my friend's drink, the staff made a mixed drink for another mall employee who had ordered after us. This slowed things down and was frustrating.
