This is just a nightmare! The staff member was terrible, and my order, which was supposed to arrive in 40 minutes, took an hour and a half. Not to mention, they got my order wrong! I've never experienced anything like this before.

It has been almost 3 hours, and we are still waiting for our order totaling 3700. We might as well cancel it at this point. The service is, well, let's just say, thanks for what little we've experienced! Service rating: 1.

I always order rolls from here, but today my opinion changed for the worse. I ordered the "Nevada" set and a free "Hawaiian" roll, totaling 80 pieces. I waited 2.5 hours for delivery. The courier explained that there were many orders, which I can overlook. BUT EXCUSE ME, WHEN DID COURIERS START STEALING? Instead of the promised and paid 80 pieces, I received only 46. The delivery was made by a girl in a blue VAZ 2114. After calling the operator, they quickly brought the missing rolls, but it was the same car, and a guy delivered them this time. Is there a change in delivery personnel? Please pay attention to your staff during hiring.

The rolls are excellent and reasonably priced. Very delicious, highly recommend!

Guys, I’ve never posted a negative review before, but I can’t hold back this time... I don’t know what has changed for you, whether it’s the chef or the concept, but your sushi, once the best and most delicious in the city, has now become unacceptable... We used to order without complaints, but now, after our experience in May, we are completely disappointed and will likely not be coming back, even though we’ve been loyal patrons of Mokkano for about three years. The taste of the rolls is simply disappointing, the rice is terrible, and the filling smells like old meat... And what's up with the size? When did the Bonito rolls become the size of a bottle cap?
