Good looking menu and scurry. carpaccio was more like scallopin, (thin steaks), so if they were not in rare steak I would avoid it. the lobster pasta is not quite lobster, it had a large amount of imitation lobster, which is the same as imitation crab, the rolled up rubber fabric they get in the super market. I didn't love it, but I would like to eat it. service is very friendly, but it is a little slow (assuming there is a personal shortage as many places seem to suffer and it is a family run with a large open space that is very loud. there as a family with a special needs person who hit the table again and again and it was very echo and made it hard to conduct a conversation. might be able to help table dividers of acoustic? not sure. it looks like they have a tasting menu that is tempting, so I will give this place another one away to go safe and see how it is.
Had a nice evening meal with the lemon melons, caeser salate and tie. really enjoyed all our dishes and the service was great
Always great. the salmon was delicious, and a pretty big piece.
We ordered the Taste of Italy six course dinner for two, and added the wine tasting for the six course meal. Gabriella chooses the menu for you based on available fresh ingredients and in consideration of any food allergies. Full disclosure...my wife is Italian and knows Italian food. The meal was exquisite in taste, presentation, diversity, richness and was complemented by a backstory to each course. We ate leisurely for two hours! The experience was delightful. The city of Rossland is very fortunate to have an authentic Italian restaurant of this high calibre. The restaurant is a real gem.
