Papa Johns Pizza - Roswell

Consistency, consistency, consistency. this place has it and they are delicious. I don’t know what has changed in papa john’s overall because they were honestly my least favorite pizza place. but man, at least this place is super good. always on time when they say that it will be done, very friendly, all staff. never a problem to throw an extra garlic sauce. our favorite pizza spot in roswell!

I'm not a complainer, but I ordered cheese sticks and only half the pizza was covered with cheese. they forgot the 2 extra cups I had ordered so my wife was quite upset. I also worked for Papa-Johns and I know that they hate to hear this, but twice in this week I ordered extra cheese and there is no possibility that there is extra on these pizzas. pizza is still good, but disappointed by the sleepiness and forgetfulness.

10/11/22- I went in to do order and the staff I met was great. my pizza was hot and waited with the extra sauce sauce I asked. the pizza was fantastic. I'll be back!

Your employees at the Roswell NM PaPa John's would not bring my Pizza out. When I called they were watching me in my truck and acting unprofessional. They let me sit in the parking for 10 minutes my order was called in advance and was ready. I walked in the store with my cane and ask for assistance caring out the pizza the manager of the store last night at 7:00 pm in Roswell New Mexico told me he couldn't carry the Pizza to the door it was a rule. I carried those pizza and walked out using my cane . I left went across to McDonald's drove by Papa John's and saw 3 employees outside laughing and drinking alcohol I pulled back into the lot and they all took off running. 2 ran into the building behind Papa Johns and the manager ran into the store. Never had a problem with them before however tonight was not ok. I placed an online order spent 35 and waited for it to never show up. An hour later I called the store to which i was told to call the help desk they cant help me. Upon further inspection door dash picked the order up and took to an address by the Coca cola warehouse where there's nothing there. Supposed to get a call back in 48 hours but they need to figure their stuff out. Door dash driver got another free meal.
