Feedback gevenI wanted to share my experience today (22 July 2022) at Roswell, GA at 1:00. There were only two people with me. There were about 12-15 people waiting for their orders that people come and pick up online orders. These two women never seemed overwhelmed and were KILLING IT. You were both on your head to do it. One in the kitchen and the other make smoothies. When I looked around, of course all customers looked angry and impatient. I'm not even sure if they realized it was only 2 people, but I wanted to share how amazing the employees did. I sincerely hope that these 2 ladies get some kind of raise or praise because this place would have been without them a wreck. I'm receiving. I have no idea what happened to this place in the last few months, but it is a 45-60 minutes waiting for sandwiches and smoothies mobile order placed 20-30 minutes in advance of arriv, and then stand there another 20-30 when you arrive. several times. Provide your mobile order 2 years in advance and then you can get your order in a reasonable time.
This company could no longer be incompetent. The latest way they screw their customers. Paper cups. Who puts smoothies in a paper cup. Not long. And worse, the cups are smaller than the usual cups. Tropical smoothie calculates a premium for its drinks. But they give you a dollar store product and service. Just round the worst food franchise.
Today I had a first! My son and I went to a late afternoon lunch because we wanted something healthy. The manager took our order and when I started paying, he said it was in the house, he paid it forward! I just wanted to thank you again! That's a nice surprise.
Just order the foods for the kids today? I don?t know how they miss 3 smoothies from my order. And theirs classic grill cheese doesn?t look like I usually get.
