Costa Coffee - Rotherham

I visited this restaurant this week and was disappointed by the lack of customer service. A staff member complained about having to use a different kind of milk for my order, and even said they didn't want to be at work. The drinks were initially incorrect and then only lukewarm once they were corrected. I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon, which is unfortunate.

This Costa Coffee outlet is pretty average, but it seems to close whenever it feels like it. It has closed earlier than its advertised closing time twice this week.

I have been using this Costa Coffee since it opened and I always receive friendly and helpful service from the staff. This is especially appreciated as I have cerebral palsy. I make sure to visit every time I am at the hospital.

Purchased 2 cafe late's to take away, after paying £6 I expected perfection Unfortunately the coffee was poor to say the least, perhaps even out of date I witnessed other customers asking for popular drinks to be told not in stock Poor service from disinterested individuals I have had better service and more enjoyable coffee from places half the price

The coffee was ok but I could get better at many places for half the price honestly . Went to pay and I was bombarded with many questions . Would you like to add to your coffee with pastries ,this , that and the other . No thank you I replied . The answer from the waitress was Suit yourself then . If this is Costa`s staff training then shame on you .
