Pizza House - Rotherham

This was my second visit to the restaurant, and just like last time, the pizza was delicious. This time, I tried the kebab with salad and it was absolutely fantastic. The chicken was fresh and flavorful, not like the typical Donna kebab style chicken. Overall, I can't fault the food. I've tried a few dishes here and they have all been spot on.

I went to the restaurant on Thursday night around 11:45pm, but it was closed even though it says it shuts at 12:00am. I was disappointed because it was the closest take-away shop to my house and I didn't feel like walking to town at such a late hour. Thanks a lot for leaving me with no food on a Thursday night.

I placed an order for delivery and was told it would arrive in 35-40 minutes, but the delivery person said it would be almost an hour. I waited, then called back, but received no apology or discount. The customer service skills were lacking. The pizza was not even warm and looked like it had been walked over to my address from the pizza place itself. Overall, not a good experience.

We have had pizza house food a lot,everything is nice no matter what you have,the special garlic bread is to die for!haha they deliver really quick and food is always hot,only down side sometimes Theresa man who answers the phone and hes very ignorant!but apart from that its lovely

Bought a pizza, chicken kebab and ships and was really nice appreciate it thx would highly recommend and will see that. in future thanks
