Every time I go to this location. The large lady with the glasses ALWAYS has a mean terrible attitude. She yelled at me for going into the unlocked doors. LOBBY IS CLOSED!!! I didn't know. The doors are not locked. This is just one example. I will do my best to avoid going there in the evenings and so should you. She is so mean to everyone. It's hard to believe that Burger King would employ someone who always is looking to argue or fight with customers.

The manager is rude, and when they don’t make your order (their system is down), she will blame you. She also touched her eyes before grabbing someone’s french fries without washing her hands.While I was there, they “didn’t receive” my mobile order of an iced coffee. After my students (we were on a field trip) finished eating, I realized it had been 20 minutes, and no one ever called my name. I went up and asked them just to cancel my order. She wouldn’t. She said, “Oh, it’s been back here the whole time”. Visibility melted; it was back by the coffee the whole time. She wouldn’t refund me or even make me a fresh one.

The woman at the drive-thru window made me cry my eyes out. I am trying my best. It was my first time and I'm still crying at home to be honest. It was a simple misunderstanding, but she was so mean and I apologized profusely but she just did not care. I can't stop crying. I wish life were easier.
