Dustin was awesome. Making the reservation on line then come in and checking in and a short way it was good

Even with the drama, had a drink and great food!! Just make sure you make a reservation to get a table.

Waiter was attentive and pleasant. Food was very good.

Was wonderful...could talk and hear. Lots of choices..fav place.

We came for our daughter’s birthday. We arrived 10 mins before our reservation. With 2 kids under 6 we were eager to get seated. The receptionist recognized my reservation and said we would be seated soon. After waiting 30 mins it was clear the receptionist had forgotten us (even with two noisy children). We asked about a table and were told to wait. After a few more minutes we got up to leave, dismayed at the wait after reserving a table days before and confirming the reservation the day before. The receptionist called the restaurant manager and we eventually got a table in a room filled to 1/3 capacity. Very disappointing service. I love the food at BJ’s but their reception needs work.
