Scooter's Coffee - Rowlett

Popped by around 7am before work on New Years day. The employees are kind and helpful. The coffee's pretty good too.

I worked here this year, and had to leave after the black mold was never addressed. There's tons near our drink products, that I tried to address with management for months. I was hired on with the promise that I would get my own store be a manager, only to be ignored, thrown under the bus, fired when I tried to put in my two weeks.I used to love this company, gave my all. These people don't care about doing it the right way.smoothies/blenders UNSAFE

Went at about noon, no drive thru which was nice. I had looked at the menu prior and I only have about 2-3 “safe” coffee drinks I usually order. My first pick was an iced white mocha but they were out unfortunately. No points taken off for that as I understand supply chain issues happen. I ordered a plain iced mocha with almond milk. One word: DELICIOUS!!!Perfect espresso and chocolate balance, no burnt coffee taste (I’m looking at you Starbucks). The young lady who took my order was very sweet and patient. My drink came out quick and was correct. Also PLENTY of ice in my iced drink! Thank you Scooters, you have converted me

My husband just got drinks, the same ones we always get and the iced drinks had no ice when they handed it to him. He questioned it, the response was it melted and we have new people. The drink tastes like straight syrup. For $5 a coffee they need to be able to make the drinak correctly or when it questioned remake it.

First off, the coffee is phenomenal! The staff is always smiling and so friendly, and quick, even when you have 100 questions like I did when I first started going. Absolute best coffee around and I've tried everywhere
