Feedback gevenI attempted to place my order three times at the window, but the staff could not understand me. After pulling around to complete my order, I had to repeat it two more times. There was no thank you or have a good day from the staff. I had to pull up to the third window and wait for my order, which should have been simple. When they brought out my food, it was missing parts of my order. When I told them it was incomplete, they asked for the receipt which I had to search for. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to and there was an argument about my order. Despite my efforts, they could not understand that my order was wrong and claimed I had not paid for what I ordered. In the end, I left frustrated and paid for food that I did not receive. This experience made me question the level of customer service in fast food places and the lack of respect for the customer. It seems that proper training for staff is lacking. I do not have children, so I will not be returning to this restaurant.
