Arby's - Royse City

Went there for the first time in 4 years and we won't be back. The girl running the drive-thru had a nasty attitude and argued with me about what I ordered, rolled her eyes, closed the window and then started mouthing off to her friends working there. The food was gross and there was hardly any ice in the drinks, which left them tasting warm. Don't waste your money at this location. Really can't say a bunch about this place looked like kitchen was dirty and the service was not great either. Had to drop the rating the I'm constantly disappointed here and I will leave a pic of the paper thin chicken sandwich that I paid 12 bucks for Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The manager who took my order in the drive-in was rude. He appeared to be in a rush. When that's what you will be doing throughout your shift. After getting to the window. I asked for something flat to put my childs food in to feed him. He did not actively listen and responded each time with no. I asked for another manager who gave me something to put the food on. That manager was a lot nicer and had more patience. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

This was the worst service I've ever received at an Arby's. I didn't get a receipt, when I mentioned the last time when I didn't get cheese on my $8 beef cheddar I opened the sandwich showing her how they're was barely any on the DOUBLE BEEF CHEEDAR I ordered she just said do I want to use the same card I just bought my $16 meal with. No sorry, no nothing. I don't even know how much anything cost bc I didn't get a receipt. This is unacceptable I will now drive 20 extra min out of my way to go to a different store. After being in the restaurant business for over 20 yrs I expect SOME issues, but not even being able to check how much I was charged for anything I got or being able to find out who I was dealing with that had such a blaze attitude about anything I said is 100% unacceptable I will find a way to contact the store get this sorted out. Their are way too many options for ppl to eat around here now... you should probably at least pretend to care about your customers. I was there on Sunday night @6:55 pm in the drive through. Staff was friendly, good was great and fast. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Curly Fries, Roast Beef
