Waite Rose Cafe Rushden

Within the Waitrose Rushden store offering a good range of sandwiches,cakes,drinks and hot food which is top quality which changes throughout the day. Regrettably things seemed rather chaotic,disorganised and unconnected some staff seemed clueless when ordering then once paid you have to collect and wait for your drink down the end then once seated ,you have to go back to a “hatch “ to collect your hot food have rarely encountered such disorganised service. The interior is pleasant and comfortable and if not too busy comes across somewhat peaceful. Would have thought things can be reorganised to offer a smoother experience. Service was very good, a smile, quick service, coffee and snack good, price on par with its competitors, a little more space would be good, however in the space, not feasible. Parking: Large, can be full however there are always spaces. Large area for families, disabled parking near entrance. Service is polite but slow . Full barrista coffee but staff not working at costas pace so expect to wait 10 minutes plus for 4 capachinos. Food is ok but expensive for what it is .. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
