Kfc - Russellville

Family usually eats here every Saturday evening, but have been very disappointed in the menu changes and the inconsistencies in the chicken. It seems like every other time we get last week's chicken...this week! Plus the fact that the prices out outrageousnow and the portions small. 16 piece tenders with 4 sides?$48.00!

Shorted my cole slaw in my order. Knocked on window and saw An employee look at me. The employee walked off never to be seen again. I realize I may have been your last customer but I do expect to get what I pay for. At least come to the window and see.

This is the second time I've been to this location in a year...BOTH time they forgot some of my food. First time was my biscuits...this time was my coleslaw! Seriously?! AND the prices went up a CrAzY amount!! This is more than inflation...its robbery! It will definitely be my last time at this location!

Customer service at the drive through was excellent but food was not as I expected. The chicken was fine yet the macaroni and coleslaw was not as usual.

Well, I've asked myself how many folks would be fans of KFC if the all you can eat buffets were back, and that is if there doesn't come a day when KFC will no longer exist.
