Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The customer service at this place is terrible! they never say anything in the window, or act as they care. every time I come here, they never have a good day. eating is great, but the customer service is so bad and must be fixed.

Stopped he on a trip home from little rock, I used to stop at the conway zaxbys but 90% of the time their door is locked. Ordered the 5 finger meal with extra texas toast. Food arrived fast and hot , chicken fingers were not over cooked. Crinkled fried great, Texas toast dipped in zax sauce is my fav. Coleslaw was really bland, tasted only of raw cabbage. I will continue bypassing conway zaxbys to stop here at this store.

Was traveling and stopped by to get food to go.The food was like every other zaxby's. The staff was okay .. order large fries and got the regular also paid for 20 traditional wings and only got 17 .. like I said traveling and I had plenty of time to count....

There's no reason for an employee to be rude when we ask for the correct sauces that were paid for. Asked for tongue torch and got zaxbys sauce. This is the second time this has happened.

Stopped here during a road trip. Ordered 2 number 1s. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. [There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. They weren't slammed by any means. When we finally got our order, it was wrong, but we did not have any more time to wait, as we were pressed for time. Do not recommend this location!
