I came here with my wife for a coffee, not expecting to find any vegan options to eat. I was pleasantly surprised to discover three vegan treats, so I decided to try two of them. The vegan chocolate peanut slice was fantastic, and the vegan chocolate brownie was nearly just as good!

Valentines Bakehouse, operated by the Perry family, undoubtedly offers the finest coffee in Rutherglen. They roast their beans on-site, right next to their bakery, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes it the friendliest café in town. I visited the charming town of Rutherglan in northeast Victoria with my wife and son. While strolling along the main street looking for a morning coffee, we were drawn to Valentine's Bakehouse by the delightful aroma of their coffee and freshly baked bread. As big coffee lovers, we couldn't resist going in. The bakehouse itself is lovely. I ordered a large latte to go along with a delicious chicken mayo and cheese sandwich, while my wife opted for a medium cappuccino and an avocado sandwich. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I decided to try the flourless orange cake, and I instantly fell in love with it. Everything was truly delightful. I would definitely recommend a visit!
