Feedback gevenThe room consists of two areas, the interior is treated and has a clean and fresh look, the outside (closed with a gazebo is illuminated with neon lights that in my opinion make it excessively cold. The staff is kind, especially the owner as well as historic pizzaiolo is friendly and attentive. The menu online is a bit confusing, there are so many pizzas but it only displays one at a time, which makes it difficult to compare tastes. It is possible to choose different doughs (normal, integral, to cereals, Neapolitan... . The pizza is good, even if my you 'bathed' and then softened a little too much for my tastes, making it necessary to use fork and knife to eat the last pieces. The painful note is expected, I believe that the capacity of the oven is not enough to serve the numerous covers of the rods. Organization to be reviewed.
Gluten-free really great. Soft and well-leavened dough. First quality ingredients from ham, burrates to olives.
We start on the positive side, the excellent pizza both as a dough and also as ingredients used, medium good tiramisu. Now we arrive at the painful part of the bad service evening, we arrived at 20:30, the order was taken at 21:25 and the pizza arrived at 22:40. Really long waiting.
Nice new and modern room with annex dehor, very good service, fast and with very helpful staff. Excellent pizzas for light, well-leavened and hand-made dough, top quality ingredients, remarkable friarielli! Cheers of cracker pizza turn off. Good prices and excellent value for money. Great experience, highly recommended.
This pizzeria was a great discovery. Wide selection of both classic and gourmet pizzas and precious and refined doughs, including Senator Cappelli and long-standing alveolate. And finally, a selection of high-level artisan cakes, among the best ever eaten in a pizzeria. Very nice and refined premises with many seats and staff very kind and very professional. Recommended!
