It was a small restaurant that could seat around 20 customers inside and outside. The owners came up with a menu that had a decent selection of items. On one occasion, I ordered a Che Lomito which was a packed skirt steak sandwich that came with chimichurri sauce and yucca fries. The two fried eggs added a level of decadence to the eyes and stomach. The sandwich was very tasty indeed. At my final visit before the business closed, I was able to use a BOGO free entrée coupon which was a bargain. Two sets of tacos made up my order. The first were the Tacos de Pescado with ahi tuna being the fish. The second were the Carne a la Parilla Tacos which had skirt steak as the protein. Each plate was neatly presented and came with beans and rice as sides. I suspect that the limited parking availability and the minimal foot traffic ultimately led to their demise. A few other businesses have tried their luck at this spot after Che Calavera, and none have succeeded over a long term.
